Spicy Indian-style Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken wings, tips removed and wings separated

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Orgalive onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon Orgalive garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Orgalive ginger powder

  • 1 teaspoon Orgalive green chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Orgalive cumin powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Orgalive coriander powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Orgaliver turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, green chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl, making sure each wing is coated evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken wings in small batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Repeat with remaining wings.

  4. Transfer the chicken wings to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Note: If you prefer a spicier flavor, you can add more green chili powder or use red chili powder instead. You can also adjust the salt and other spices to your taste.
